Star Labs Online's responsibility is the loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Star Labs Online.

Loss or damage that occurs during shipping, packaged by you or by a carrier selected by you is your responsibility.

The title to the software remains with the licensor of the software. Your use of the software is subject to license agreements applicable to the software. Shipping dates are only estimates. You must notify Star Labs Online of damaged or missing items from your order within three (3) working days after you receive your product.
